Net Consulting are delighted to announce the appointment of Kingsley Hughes-Morgan as a Non-Executive Director. The Cisco Director has joined the Cardiff-based IT company as they develop their next generation technology services. Kingsley will be paying particular attention to the overall go-to-market strategy and business growth, applying his expertise across the company’s portfolio of services.
“Kingsley has a wealth of experience across the IT industry, and we really value his counsel moving forward,” says Net Consulting’s Managing Director, Paul Thomas. “There are certain service capability areas that we’ve been wanting to develop for several years, but we wanted to scope out the market carefully and ensure that we continue to offer the very best-of-breed technologies to our customers. We also wanted to be sure that the strategy in taking these services to market, aligned with the growth expectancy for the business.”
Kingsley shares this objective. “While my work continues with Cisco, I am working with Net Consulting from a neutral advisory stand-point. Working closely with the Board, we will look at how the business identifies new service opportunities, builds and scales, with the target of company growth and building incremental recurring revenue streams.”
Net Consulting specialises in five service capability areas – Digital Experience Management, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Risk & Compliance, and Hybrid Network Services & SD-WAN. Kingsley is enthusiastic about working closely with Net Consulting across the company’s whole portfolio. “Net Consulting is an exciting company to work with,” Kingsley expresses. “Their service offerings are excellent and the long-standing relationships they have with customers like the Ministry of Defence is testament to their professional and knowledgeable approach to the services they offer.”
Paul concludes by welcoming Kingsley’s broad perspective of the IT sector. “His experience at Riverbed and the specialist knowledge of strategy, business development and growth gained through his work at Cisco is incredibly valuable as we develop our business and refine our service offerings. Kingsley will be instrumental in helping to design our go-to-market strategy, I’m very excited about working closely with him as we start to roll that out over the course of this year.”
